This November, the ArrowCreek Homeowners Association Board launched the ArrowCreek Strategic Plan: A Vision for the Future process to create a road map for the future of our community. This strategic planning process will engage a wide range of residents and help ArrowCreek define a vision and a set of priorities for the next five years.
The main goal of the ACHOA strategic planning process is to develop a road map that strengthens resident satisfaction, increases market value for properties, and sharpens the effectiveness of community governance. The process also aims to increase alignment and unity among all of our community members, defining where we want to go, and how we want to get there.
What the Strategic Plan is:
- A document that will provide a framework for the Board of Directors and staff to make decisions
- A reflection of community input from ArrowCreek residents
- A set of priorities to strengthen the entire community and HOA organization – not just amenities
What the Strategic Plan is not:
- An amenities feasibility study
- A residents’ center capital plan
Critical to the success of the strategic planning process will be resident input. Over the next few months, the strategic planning team from Hansford Economic Consulting and Freshtracks Communications will be collecting feedback in various ways to understand the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to ACHOA, and then work with the Board and community to define the best path forward.
